Between our four companies, Pathways of Pennsylvania has been serving communities in Pennsylvania since 1981. Pathways of Pennsylvania is proud to be part of Pathways Health and Community Support, LLC., one of the largest national providers of accessible, outcome-based behavioral and mental health services.

Our Risk Management and Compliance Department works closely with our national quality assurance partners and regulatory authorities to ensure that we are compliant with state, federal, and regulatory requirements by continuously monitoring and evaluating our service provision.

Our Team

Melissa Woznicki, MA, BCBA, LBS

Melissa Woznicki Jenkins is the Pennsylvania & West Virginia State Director. In this capacity, Melissa is responsible for oversight of all of Pathways of Pennsylvania.  This includes leadership development, business growth, expansion efforts, policy development, and collaboration with our many business partners. Melissa has been with the company for more than twenty years. In that time, she has led new home and community-based program initiatives and provided clinical oversight for operations. She created a specialty education track for employees specific to Applied Behavior Analysis certification, headed employee engagement efforts, and established measurable clinical outcomes.

Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist.

Casey Rae Kuhn, MS, LBS, BCBA

Casey Rae Kuhn is the Pennsylvania and West Virginia State Clinical Director. In this capacity, Casey is responsible for leadership development, business growth, clinical outcomes, expansion efforts, policy development, and collaboration with our many business partners. Casey has been with the company for more than six years. She has been in the mental health field providing supervision, oversite, as well as direct care and counseling for 20 years. She has completed supervision, education, and training for employees specific to Applied Behavior Analysis certification and mental health
counseling.

Casey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Pre-Law and a Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Bonaventure University and completed an Applied Behavior Analysis Specialization track from Penn State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist.

Tyler Reese, M.Ed, LBS, CHC, CHP

Tyler Reese is the State Quality Improvement and Compliance Director. In this role, Tyler is responsible for quality oversight and compliance monitoring for services related to all federal, state, and managed care payer regulations. Tyler has been with the company for more than 15 years.

Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree from Alvernia University. He is a Certified HIPAA Professional, Licensed Behavior Specialist, and Certified in Healthcare Compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association.

Tim Sohosky

Tim Sohosky is the Chief Operating Officer for The ReDCo Group, Inc. and Raystown Developmental Services, Inc. In this position, Tim is responsible for administrative oversight and support for all adult service lines. He is responsible for implementing and monitoring the budgets, quality of care, and ensuring maximum consumer and employee satisfaction. Tim has over fifteen years of experience in the human service field.

 

Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State University.
